Holztiger Wooden Figures and Playsets
HOLZTIGER toys are all handmade. The figures are cut out in a number of different shapes and smoothed. Then they are primed and finish-sanded. Next the figures are hand painted with water-based acrylic paints that are totally non-toxic. The colors are wonderful – bright, yet soft. Since HOLZTIGER wooden figures are large and chunky with rounded edges, children over the age of 2 can play with them safely.
Children learn by touching and identifying the objects around them. Initially, they explore their immediate environs, become acquainted with house pets and farm animals and then go on to discover new and unknown animals in the zoo or forests. The identification factor of HOLZTIGER toys with these experiences is high, allowing children to relive what they have learned in real life or nature. The result?
